Kevin Cruz grew up in the Philippines, surrounded by communities where many children lived with very little. That experience stayed with him. As he built his real estate career in the United States, he never forgot the kids who reminded him of where he came from.

Growing up in the Philippines, many of us saw firsthand how difficult life can be for children with limited access to support. The foundation was created to give back to these communities and reach children who often go unnoticed. Every transaction fuels direct support
The foundation is sustained through the real estate work of the Kevin Cruz team. Whenever someone buys, sells, or refers a client to us, a portion of that transaction goes straight to the foundation. This is how it works:
